Default 4.10 or 3.42 with 80e and boost?

I posted a thread awhile back but now its for sure, I'm going with a 80e and need to regear either my front or rear diff. Rear end has 4.10, front is 3.42. Truck with a 97 ecsb z71 getting a boosted 408. What do yall think?

What size tire?

I have the same setup with tires that measure 28.2" and 3.73s and I already want 3.23s...

3.42's would be fun with the 80e and boooooost. I'm running that set up but without FI. It would be awesome with those long gears
