Default 33" Tire RUB

I Have a 04 Crewcab 2500, Just put 275/60/20s That ends up being a 33" tire 11" wide. The dude at the "Tire Rack" said it would rub a Little at full lock. This seems to be more than a little. I think it may take out my washer Resovior. anyone else run 33s? how much do they rub on yours?

When I had 33 on my truck, they rubbed until I got different keys, I never tightened the torsion arm bolts. You might try cranking on the torsion arm bolts to raise the front end up.

ya, try cranking the torsion bars up a little. It will level out your truck too.

Mine's a 99 1500 Z71, and I have no rubbing issues and I didn't touch the t-bars or anything. My tires are 285/65R-16 which is 32.9...basically a 33, on the factory wheel. I think that the 1500's have more clearance though if I'm not mistaken.

285/65 r16 are 30.6 inch tires. 285/75 r16 are 32.8 inch tires. My tires would have rubbed if I didnt crank on the T-bars a little.
