Default 3.23's to 4.10's = WooHoo!

Just got my crap *** stocker 3.23 rear end swapped out today for a set of OEM 4.10's, and let me tell you, it makes all the difference in the world. The heavy CC doesn't feel like it's straining at all from a stop and just positively zings up the tach. I spun the big ol' BFG A/T's from a stop unintentionally on the way home.

I'm just waiting on my Nelson tune to arrive to clear out the "Service Brake System" light, and I'll be good to go. For those of you with '05 crew cabs that came with the 3.23's, this should be the first thing you do to your trucks.

That is what I thought.

Sunday I just swaped out my 3.73s for some 4.56s. I know what you are feeling! It feels great!

I guess the CAFE needed a little bump. Not sure whose idea it was, but definitely not a good combo with 33's.

What gears fit? I have read that the 8.5 gears work, but was told something about an abs ring. Can someone point to a good 4.10 set for my 05 crew silverado 5.3? Thanks
Wes
