Default 2400-2800 stall verter

People with a maggie and a 2400-2800 stall converter. How does it drive compare to stock? Can you tell its there during normal driving? Does it take more throttle to get up and moving? Does it feel lagy when you give the throttle a quick jab?. I had the feeling of a loose verter but I'm worried about breaking the stock TC with my heavy truck and low end tq
