Default 2006 Silverado

The front end off the 06 looks like a torsion(crappy speller) bar suspension but not adjustable. Is this right?? The reason I ask is a friend of mine has a Z71 and raised the front end with them. Can I lower mine with them?

You can lower it, I just wouldnt go to much with it.

I want to go 2" and get it alligned after.

I always thought 2" was about the max for a torsion bar drop..............
