I bypassed the radiator completely and just ran it threw the TruCool 40k.... I am assuming that yours is still attached to the rad.

Really, i have had no problems with mine locking up. With as loose as mine is, and i am sure yours is preety loose as well, they generate their own heat rather quickly without the aid of the radiator, but all trucks are different i guess....

Also i had a gauge inline before the rad and cooler directly in the line out of the trans and the temp would shoot up rather quickly, even thou the computer thought it was ALOT cooler.. For example at the track starting temp at the line was 140ish and the end of the run it was 190ish, the computer went from 140ish to 150ish.... Basically anytime the TC was unlocked it was generating heat....

Anyways I belive the bottom line on the tranny is the feed and the top is the return... So i believe your cooler should be after the top line...

nope...my converter is extremely tight. i can only brake stall to 2300 ish rpm before i spin over the drag radials. i lock it up pretty really early too. 40 mph. keeps things cool

+1, top is the return, on both the trans and the radiator
