Yea I am starting to think that they are just flat out worn too!

In in attempt to get my ride height even to 36" (like the low mile used Z71 I saw on the lot), I actually went in and loosened the bars. To get even I had to go back to 0 on the pass side, and -4 turns on the drivers side. Truck sits even and rides pretty much the same as when the bars were both cranked to +4 on each side. Odd, because overall it is better than where I started at initially, but for all intensive purposes all I did now was lower the driver's side to match the pass sides original height.

I already inquired about stock replacement torsion bars from my local dealer hook-up, so that's the back up plan right now. Roughly 200 bux per bar with discount.
