2000-2002 hydroboost on a 2005

I noticed that 2000-2002 trucks and 2003-2006 use different part number boosters. Would there any problems with using a 2000-2002 hydroboost setup to convert a 2005 Silverado from vacuum to hydroboost?

Maybe someone could just tell me the difference between 2000-02 and the 2003-06 hydroboost systems.
