Default 2/4 Drop And Load

Will a 2/4 drop effect the amount of load you can carry in the bed? I imagine it would only effect the suspension travel and not the amount of load.

yes it will, your truck will bottom out if you put to much in. i had 2 dirt bikes in mine and it was significantly close to having the bump stops touch. infact if you do a 2/4 you have to replace the back bump stops with one thats like only 1" tall or they will touch the axle

What is the appx. weight of your two dirt bikes? 500 - 600 lbs? any additional gear in there at the time?

what if you put a set of air shocks on a 4" drop, air them up when towing/loaded and when done drop the air
