Talking 2/4 drop install Questions

I just purchesed a 2/4 Hotchkis drop kit. It is coils in the front and leaves in the back. I was wondering at the difficalty of installing this. I have done coils befor and know what is involved there, that is a as simple as a shock change. But I have never done leave springs. Does this require any special tools or is it as easy as the front??? Also I have stock hight tiers, should this cause any rubbing problems. I don't think so, but a friend of mine says this might be. Thanks

stock tires will work

you have 2 losing the gas tank and swing it 2 the side so that you can get the bolt out of the front of the leave spring on the drives side
and if you take both leave off make sure you put a stand under the yoke so the it does not swing down

its all pretty simple

the kit is extremely easy to install. THe back takes about 45 minutes to do. To make things easy. Cut the excess part of the hanger bolt(the part with no threads) on the drivers side. This is the easiest way to remove that bolt without having to drop the gas tank or replace it.

my gas tank was 1/8 fill, I took a jack and push the tank in a little (plastic tank) and pulled the bolt out

Anyone have any comments on the Hotchkis kit compared to the Belltech kit? I guess the Belltech kit uses the stock leaf springs and using drop shackles or something like that. How's the ride with each?
