As far as the quad goes, yeah its alota fun. Last year I had a ds650, but i toasted the motor.

As for the install, save yourself the money and do it yourself. They are not hard to do at all.

The only thing id be scared to do would be the notch!! Thats would be a bad thing to mess up! I may just take my truck to a bad *** shop and pay them to do just my notch and do the rest myself. I can do the bolt in work but like i said... the cutting and welding on the frame would scare me! lol

just do the bolt in notch. scribe the noth pattern on the frame, then cut out with a sawzall or cutting wheel, mark holes to be drilled and bolt in. It is really very simple to do. But the drilling is what takes the longest to do.

I am glad I had a close friend install my McGaughy's 4/6. That is a lot of money for install. I love my drop. Good quality and customer service.

I may try it myself. My buddy said he would do it and he has bagged a couple trucks before but im not sure if he is a good welder or not. Im sure he has to tools at his shop to do the job right. The only hard part is lining the notch up on both sides of the frame evenly and cutting and welding. Maybe ill let him do it. I guess it cant be that hard.

Take your time and make sure that the frame is supported before you cut.
