Your info pretty much matches what I'm showing. It would be interesting to see how many 06' B4V's are even built.
if you ever find out let me know

Bumping an old thread, But that's what the SEARCH was created for right ?

I have a quick question about the AXN 14 bolt. Im wondering if the 2wd and 4wd have different lengths like the OBS

Atomic noted that there was a 2 inch difference if i remember correctly between the two.

the axle im looking at has the 373 ratio and its going into my 4x4 and that wont look good.

the 2" difference was on the OBS axles like Atomic and myself used

You could call the seller of the AXN and have them take a few measurements and compare them to your 10 bolt.I had to do this to find the axle I needed.

Dosen't matter now anyhow, 8 hours of driving today and the damm axle they said was a 14 bolt was a damm 10 bolt. So frustrated. I guess maybe its time to build an OBS 14 bolt

Yeah my thoughts exactly, I told the guy straightfaced "you look like you can count to 14" apparently he stopped learning at 10.

I tore up my ring & pinion tonight... got on the throttle at 15mph, the wheels bounced and bang!.. no more gears. I have a brand new 4:10 set to put in it but I'm going to have to make some changes. I don't think the 10 bolt will hold the power I'm making and I'm planning more power.

I know the 14 bolt is the usual switch but I'm wondering if there's an aftermarket 10 bolt gear set, like Strange or somebody, with bigger splines that will take the power.
