It has been documented several times on this site.
If it's from an OBS GMT400 4x4 truck, it will be 1/2 in shorter on each side, and as mentioned the spring perches will need to be moved inward.
If it's from a 2WD leave it behind. It will be 1 1/2 inches shorter on each side and may pull the wheels in too much.

What an interesting factoid; one might consider using a GMT400 2WD 9.5" 14 bolt in their GMT800...if they happened to have one sitting around...to run wider wheels in the back without having to narrow their GMT800 rear.
Too bad they're not a more common rear end.

I have the BIG aluminum one piece. After digging all thru the sticky and your previous post. I sat down one more time dug thru all my part#'s and specs. I ended up with a moog 448. 1330 to 1350 combo joint. Thanks again for everyone's help!
