If it's from a 2WD leave it behind. It will be 1 1/2 inches shorter on each side and may pull the wheels in too much.
O RLY...

What an interesting factoid; one might consider using a GMT400 2WD 9.5" 14 bolt in their GMT800...if they happened to have one sitting around...to run wider wheels in the back without having to narrow their GMT800 rear.

Too bad they're not a more common rear end.

When I did my 14 bolt swap. I didn't need a U-joint at all. My 06 silverado 1500 z71 already had a 1350 U joint with the 10 bolt. I pressed in the new U joint without even checking and to swap it back.

I have the BIG aluminum one piece. After digging all thru the sticky and your previous post. I sat down one more time dug thru all my part#'s and specs. I ended up with a moog 448. 1330 to 1350 combo joint. Thanks again for everyone's help!

I'm not sure that's going to work. Half-ton trucks are 3R, not 1330. The adapter joint you'll probably need is 3R to 1350. Google "DS U-1153".

Could take some measurements.
1330 cap is 1.0625" diameter and 3.622" wide end to end.
3R cap is 1.125" diameter and 2.556" end to end.
