Yes u-bolts are the same size on mine. Every outside dimension is the same. If you weren't swapping the brakes it would easily be a 1 hour job. The only thing I did different was my 14 bolt had plastic clips to hold the brake lines so I used those instead of the bolt on clips because mine were rusty and I didn't feel like cleaning them up.
