Don't raise the line pressure, and use 1 shim. My last transmission was a junkyard trans with around 90k miles on it I used 1 shim and stock pressures with a 2400 stall torque converter. The tires squeeled (nearly had tire spin)! on the 2nd shift and I had to bump down the pressure in the tune. It lasted nearly 25k miles ontop of the 90k it had before I swapped it out when my converter clutch went out. It still works great.
The 2 shims + raised line pressure had to have been a hard shift...Quick chirp is all you want, you dont want a squeel.

I used 2 with my 3200 stall and had Justin from Blackbear adjust the pressure with tune. It's perfect not harsh in light throttle and neck snapping at WOT
