Faster/firmer shifts might drop .1 or so.

Well think about it, you haven't really changed anything, only made it stronger and more dependable. The shift will be quicker but but .00X of a second....ah who knows, go to the track and find out. What was your best run to date?

BTW.... .1 is a lot! If I drop .1 or more I will be ecstatic!

why would you expect to drop time on youe 1/4 with just a built trans??

now a nice aftermarket torque converter matched to your mods, thats a whole different story

You trans won't net you any gains in the 1/4. As stated above an aftermarket torque converter will, nearly a half a second depending on your application.

He said a 2500 stall was part of the package.
