.049 reverse boost valve

.049 reverse boost valve
Just wondering if .049 reverse boost valve will work in a 2006 4L60E? I thought I read somewhere that it wont. And if it does, does the PCM controll line pressure, like if it would fit would the PCM just bump it back down to the factory settungs? Or should i just get a Tune to do the same thing? Thanks
