Default 04 Yukon denali 4L65E transmission, will it interchange with a 05 silverado 4x4?

im looking at purchsing a wrecked 04 yukon for the 6.0L motor, i know its a AWD transmission, but im wondering if its just the tailshaft on the transmission that will need changed out, or if everything is different, im guessing that a 4L65E tranny is alittle tougher (not a whole lot) than a 4l60E

my 05 silverado has 270k miles on it, and the yukon has 127k miles.

Yes, direct swap. The transfer case is what makes the vehicle AWD / or 4x4.

The 65e has 5 pinion planetaries, stronger than the 60e 4 pinion planetaries.
