I bought my truck from a dealership here in town and they gave me a temporary registration. That expired yesterday, what the hell do I have to do to get the permenent one? Do I have to go into the DMV? I thought they took care of all of that.

That varies state by state. Here in Kentucky, the dealer almost always does that for you. For a individual to individual sale it's up to you. Sometimes the state is slow in getting them out. If that's the case, the dealer should be able to give you another temporary tag.

I would call the dealer to make sure it's on the way and ask for another temp tag.

Cool! I'll call the dealership today and see what they say. Thanks for the help!
