Haven't ever weighed mine personally but supposedly the 20's that come on the Silverado SS's like mine weigh in around 75 lbs a piece with the tire mounted of course.

No, they're not a truck wheel, these are typically on supercars and race cars. But my project is going in that direction...not that its gonna perform like a supercar by any means, but that's the inspiration for the build. It's a show/performance project. Hopefully I'll have everything together as far as performance wise for TX2k next spring, and aesthetically for SEMA Nov '14.

That makes a little more sense... wheels sound awesome though. It's tough to find a wheel that looks nice and is strong enough for the added weight of a truck while being really light.

That brand wheel looks pricey!!! I like em.

Got myself some new wheels:

KMC XD Badlands with 275/60/20 Cooper Zeon LTZ tires. ONLY 82 POUNDS A PIECE! I am very surprised that they are that light.

For comparison, I had chrome Tahoe 20s (OEM GM) with thin *** passenger rated Goodyear Wrangler HP 275/60/20s that weighed in at 84 lbs a piece.
