Default clutch fluid

i know i'm gonna sound like a noob in a second, but WOW, what a difference new clutch fluid makes!! this is a PSA to all with a real man's transmission: change your clutch fluid when you're supposed to. if it looks like pancake syrup, pops out of gear every now & then (i've only had it happen in 1st), and/or requires a double-clutch to shift to 3rd above 5000rpm, try some new fluid.

i was just doing it on the car & realized i ain't checked mine in years in the truck. took a few rounds of the Ranger Method to get decent-looking, but now it's full of clean DOT 4 (not that i really needed DOT 4, but that's what i was putting in the vette & had a bunch left) and shifts SO much better/smoother going up & down the gears
