if your going to cut it at 110-115 you should be alright with that size tire with the 4.56s. At 120 your pretty much done for, not much after that with those gears. I started out with 3.42s and would run past 120 very easily, then went to 3.73s and 120 was still no problem. Then went to 4.56s. They were a blast from a stop or a roll, but at 120 your done. It will make your truck pull hard at most speeds, you will smoke the tires from a slow roll probably. I know I was with a mild 5.3 with built trans a small stall.

^this

Except I went from 3:42's to 4:56 with the stock 4.8 and then I put in my LS2 and there is absolutely no need for me to run 4:56's as I also travel highway ALOT and it is quite wound up, I also run a 29-30" tire. Out of the hole it is a smoke show, 40-50 rolls are also easy to lay lines, but it is a turd for highway racing, and if you are running against newer cars like the Mustangs/chargers etc. you can keep in front of them on the track but from a roll there top end will leave you standing still, also the mopar 8 speed trans makes up 2 gears for every one of ours. I have been very tempted lately to get rid of almost all my gear and run 3.90's or soo

Well 1st gear would be ridiculous with a 4.56 and the 6l80e lol probably near useless honestly without slicks and a good surface. Like atomic said though, the higher numerically a gear is then the better it pulls, but less top speed.
