Dude, I've been there done that. Sit down and take a breath for a minute and quit throwing money at the truck pointlessly.
I suggested a long time ago that your tune seemed out of line. Seems your comment on the tuner confirms that.
Secondly, you have a stock fuel pump supplying a cammed 383. That's the cause or at least a component of your loss of pressure right there. With the stock fuel pump, I have massively inflated VE values up top with a H/C 6.0. Fuel pump just can't supply that amount of fuel. The 383 would be even worse.
Finally, I'd like to see a picture of the kinked fuel hose. They're braided hose, not just plain rubber so I find it hard to believe there's a restriction there.

Put an aftermarket pump in the stock in-tank bucket. Walbro 255 would be good for your setup and cheap. And get a hotwire kit for power so you dont melt the stock wiring. Also need to upgrade the bulkhead connector at the assembly to the newer flat 4 pin style from the old square style.

Walbro 255 fuel pump - $100
Plastic fuel tube - $4
Oetiker clamps (2) - $1-1.25
1 stainless steel zip tie - $.50
In-tank harness - $10
The fuel pump should come with the filter sock.
You will need a dremel though to modify the bucket. If you don't have one, then I recommend buying one anyways because it's a very handy tool to have.
If you don't want to deal with any of it and dont care about the extra $100 just get the racetronix module.
