Default vette filter issues

i noticed an issue with my truck. i installed the square rails and vette filter on my 00 silverado and the stock fuel lines are kinked pretty hard. i still have 54psi fuel pressure at KOEO but under load the truck starves of fuel. is there a way to fix this? im thinking that if i could find a fitting that slides into the quick disconnects at a 90 degree that would work perfectly. any thoughts?

Get some quick disconnects and some hose end. And some fuel hose, either cut past the stock rubber. Hose or unbolt it from the filter and run new line there to the vette filter

6 an. Only problem you would have is figuring out what fitting to get for the fuel side, return side is 6an fitting.

wait, so this was the whole issue the whole time, not the injectors? What fuel pump do you have?

stock fuel pump and it may or may not be the issue. it just is not right having a kink like this in the fuel line. im fairly certain that the plug gap increase and the fact that it runs worse is a good indicator that im not getting enough spark energy. im still planning on buying the MSD coils just because i love wasting money. i need to get this truck to a GOOD tuner. Nick at Newtech who has been playing with the truck cant get it to run to save his life. i have since heard horror stories about him and now he no longer answers his phone or returns messages or opens his shop. yes i have been stalking him. so im out 550 for his so called tuning and i think its time to cut ties and take it somewhere else.

i also may go back to a stock round style fuel rail just to have everything line up right. i do not know if it will clear the lsxrt intake though.
