OK what gives!! Put roughly 15 miles on the truck since the pump was installed. Everything was working great... till... the check engine lite came on. Have no idea whats causing it, checked for connections to the pump evap cannister grounds and so on, without reading the codes I have no idea what it can be.

Being as how I only messed with the pump and surrounding area suggestions on what it could be. I'm nowhere near my tools or my house at the moment and really dont need to get stuck up here on 380W between Tobyhanna PA and Scranton PA.

Get it scanned before you get too worried about it. I could be something stupid and simple.

 

It was, managed to stop @ Advanced Auto n borrow a scan tool. Evap canister showing a P0446 code. Cleared it so far so good.
