Default Plumbing Fuel lines on TBSS intake!!!

hey guys i am in the process of converting all my fuel lines over to aftermarket. I have a TBSS intake ordered in the mail. ALso, baught Krambos old regulator which is also coming. i have fast billet rails with a -6 crossover.

Now, my dilema is what is the best route to plumb all this stuff? i will be using AN line. I need to get the rails fitted to the intake before we get started. Does anyone have any pics of what they used that worked the best? could help out alot.

Now on the plumbing. Im thinking -6 feed from maybe the stock rail mounted filter (have to check this). With a -6 return. what is the best way to mount the regulator? Thinking -6 in and -6 out to rails? have seen others use it inline after or in between the rails also.

Last thing would -6 be sufficient enough to support my setup? i am a nitrous guy and all my nitrous is plumbed off a stand alone tank. But i am hoping to be somewhere in the ball park of 500 hp on motor.

Thanks guys!

From the feed to the driver side rail, -6an cross over in the front to the passenger side, out the back of the passenger side to the FPR, out the fpr to the stock return line. All using -6an line
and the current location.

ok thats helps. So -6 should be plenty of fuel? what about mounting fast rails on nnbs intake?
what size adapters do i need for the stock fuel lines? Im thinking 3/8" and 5/16". Is this correct?

Im using the stock lines and -6an lines for the rails and Im at about 600-650 awhp. Since your using a stand alone fuel system for the nitrous you will be fine.

here is how I have mine held down. I broke the mounting post on the front so I had to use some wire. on the back you can see the piece of aluminum. its about 2"x3" with about a 25-30* bend and used some longer blots and about a 1/2 copper spacer that I cut out of some 1/4" ID copper tube. it works very well

So I have some ls1 fuel injectors from smart fire I think. But they are tall, do you think they will work on a TBSS intake with Fast billet rails?

Yes bc u will most likely have to modifie the rails to fit on the intake anyways. I have been very happy with installing my rails. Makes for a really nice look when all said and done.
