Not using a BAP, but a single 450 on my setup goes down around 10 psi or ~600whp

Give my spreadsheet a try, https://www.performancetrucks.net/fo...p-flow-510434/

What power you can make with it will depend on your injectors, but in general, at 80psi pump pressure it will support about 530rwhp on the corn before you drop pressure. With a BAP may be a little more, but I would certainly do dual 450s on a setup like yours.

Jeff with the e85 injector nozzle we talked about you will likely get further than you think. It's certainly not ideal... but it would work haha.

I just got off the phone with squash.. My injectors are 205lbs@3bar I think with a single 450 and a 40a bap boosting it to say 17v with an aftermarket regulator around 40-45psi we can make it flow to 750+ wheel using the factory feed and return lines.

So using some charts from KB, for each volt above 13, 1v is about 6% more flow. So (17-13.5)*6=21% more. So if I said 530rwhp before, then it would be ~640rwhp (about 400l/hr) at 80psi pump pressure.

You might could get 750rwhp on e85 out of it with a 60psi total pressure, which means your base pressure would need to be around 40psi depending how much boost you are planning on.

He said maybe with low pressure around 40-45psi we may not even need to reference and get more from the pump itself.. Maybe we will but I dunno we can try it and see..

Yea that would be fine since your injectors are so huge, but why not just go with 2 pumps right off the bat?

I'm trying not to invest a ton of cash into the setup the double pump setup I'm not terribly fond of the price.

$300 and you are good to go getting the pumps in there and hooked up...
