Default running lean under load...

hey i have a 2000 silverado. i swapped a 6.0 in the truck about 6 months ago. everything was goin fine til a couple weeks ago where it would run lean under acceleration like it was goin to die but it would come back it at first did it randomly now more often. i changed plug wires and fuel pump but it still tries to stutter under acceleration just not as bad..what else am i missing that it could be bc its driving me crazy ..thanks

Sounds like the fuel pump, but you said you just changed that....did you change the fuel filter at the same time?
