255 will do low 500's whp. I made 505rwhp w/ pressure still at 45#. Now over 600 still on single 255(returnless) and ton of meth.

Okay some of you seem to have done the 255 in your returnless. What all exactly do you have to do to make it work?

Need the pump, maybe splice some wires, and a section of submersible fuel hose, and maybe some clamps. Its not hard.

so 255 fits and is an ok pump to swap the factory out with on a returnless setup and wont bother the fpr? My setup will be mild probably wont see the need for multiple pumps or return swap.

Wheres the best place to purchase a legit 255?

255 will be fine, I ordered the AEM 320 Part#50-1200 from scoggins dickey https://sdparts.com/details/aem/50-1200

I put it in just yesterday, easy install plus I put a racetronix hot wire kit as well.Racetronix - FPWH-008 - GM SUV/Car 280 Fuel Pump Wiring Harness

Swapped pump and bought some new OEM fuel hose from here Auto Performance Engineering - Walbro fuel pumps and more

Everything is good so far!

Best, well, easiest way to install...I know there is not an easy way...

Drop the tank..
Lift the bed..
Cut an access hole in the bed..

Bookmarked and subscribed! Great info...Thanks!!

If the tank is empty drop the tank. If the tank is full take the bed off. If you are lazy cut a hole in the bed.
