Default Return system questions

Alright guys... so i have an 02' 5.3L that will be going in an offroad racing vehicle... my issue being, i plan to run a fuel cell.. The fuel cell i have on hand that i plan on using ( purchased before i relaized) has no spot for a return line... i have a feed and a vent.. how can i plumb the return fuel system without a return port...? any ideas...??

I plan on running it as follows: tank to inline filter, walboro 255 pump, corvette regulator/filter and then to the rail....

can i just build a loop from the corvette regulator and T the line pre pump?

Thanks in advance,
Nate

Could you put a bulkhead type fitting in the fuel cell to create a return?

I ran that cam in an 03 5.3 and the duty cycle was in the 90's.

Not that I know of.. no way to get safely into the internal bladder

And as far as injectors... any non 400$ options? Like stock 6.0 injectors or something?

Is there a reason why you need the Return style setup?

Either run a corvette filter or just get some Fuel rails from an 04 -up.

Wouldnt this require an 04+ ecm and some complicated pump wiring?

Not shooting it down I'm all for going returnless but just not sure what's involved

My understanding was the corvettes filter had the regulator/return built I'm

Looks like this guy added a fitting pretty easily

So this solves that...
Pirate4x4.Com - The largest off roading and 4x4 website in the world.

everyone kept saying "bladder" so i was thinkning that the inner "cell" was not rigid... but being hard plastic makes it pretty easy lol

Injector options? is their a cheap alternative to just ordering aftermarket 44# deutchworks etc?
