Default Return style fuel system

Any way to convert the factory returnless fuel system to return style with stock intake(maybe aftermarket fuel rails)?
It's a 2006 Silverado 5.3 FlexFuel but swapped pumps to an Aeromotive 340 and Bosch EV14 60# injectors.

get an aftermarket FPR. go from the feed to the fpr, then to the rails. route a line back to the fuel tank for the return. there might be alittle more so Ill let the more experienced chime in.

I switched mine over to a return. You need to remove the regulator in the tank, then run a regulator on the rail with a return line. If you are referencing your boost, you will need to change the injector data in your tune.

So just feed line to FPR, FPR to rails. Where do I get the return line from?

I used the EVAP line as a return. I will soon be doing something similar to Corey when I switch to twin 255's. I will be running a 10AN supply with an 8AN return. I will be running the feed line to an inline filter on the frame. The line will run to the back of the engine and split to 2 8's. The 8AN lines will feed the back of the rails. The fuel will exit the front of the rails, and merge into a regulator. The regulator will return with an 8AN.

It will be set up like this, except I think I will mount the FPR off to the side so it is not under the throttle body. Plus I.don't think there is room that way.

Very nice! I will looking forward to seeing how/where you mount the FPR. I looked at mine for hours and could not find a good place.

I have a pro flo xt intake I will be using. I need to finish the fuel rails (hopefully this week) so I can see exactly how much space I have. Right now, I think i am going to run a 180 degree fitting on the front of the drivers side rail, and put it into the regulator mounted above the rail. I will run a 90 degree off the other side of the regulator to the front of the other fuel rail. Then the return will be on a 90 pretty much running right over the rail. Well that is the plan for now.
