hey guys i been wanting to improve my fuel system 08 Silvy tvs1900 yes i know that stock will be fine for my setup but i like the way it looks to have a complete rail and braided lines....why would i want to go to a return system? I just want to be able to plan and buy once..already have the rails and 60lbs considering just a pump upgrade

Two reasons that come to mind off hand...
1.) There is a limited amount of space in the tank bucket, and taking out the regulator frees up a lot of it. Higher output pumps are larger than the stock one so you need the extra space.
2.) Having the regulator closer to the fuel rails results in better regulation.

Ever consider runnign Dual 044's in your returnless bucket?
I pulled them up about a 1/2" off the bottom of the bucket. I think the charcoal cansiter might be in the way. I'm not sure what happens if you remove it.
Also it might be tough to get a one-way check valve for the 2nd pump to fit. If it didn't, you would have to run them both all the time.

Damn you have a tone of "T"clamps....
I agree, -8 and -6 would be more than enough. That is what I'm using on my charger and I'm planing on more HP than 800....

It's suppose to be 60mm but I've never measured it.
Any idea if you can run without the little charcoal canister from the pump assembly? I'll never get anything to fit if I have to keep it.
I have a 3l surge tank to run the 044's as externals if I can't make everything fit.

I got my spare bucket in today, and I dont think my 1/2" cross idea is going to work because after the elbows it is about 6" wide and the diameter of the bucket is right at 5", but a 3/8" should work...
Rick, I have no idea if you can run without that cannister or not. How are you connecting the 044's to the bulkhead?

It seemed to me that you were being smug, not heeding my warnings, you thought the 1020s would fit and I knew they wouldn't. After I read the above post, I said "huh?" and measured my spare bucket. It is less than 3-3/4" on the outside, and the gasket that seals the hole in the tank measures about 3.9". The bucket is from an '03, it is different than my 2000 bucket, but I think about the same diameter. I think a tank from your truck's year might be a good idea for me. Wow. 5 inches to play with. Maybe 3 pumps will fit.
