Default Nnbs silverado returnless fuel system questions

I got a 2012 Silverado was a 6.2 flex fuel that I made 598/592 with and I just broke a rod and blew 2 holes in the block. So I ordered a 408 lq9 stroker and a 4l80 trans for it. Got all that figured out. Just not sure on my fuel system. I got a Walbro 450 pump for it just not sure on the install. Can I make 750-800 on the stock returnless fuel system with fic 1000cc injectors? And will a single 450 get me to that hp goal? Anyone done a 450 install on a nnbs bucket? I've seen a few on here just not 100% sure on how to do it. Never done a aftermarket fuel pump in a stock bucket before. Thanks guys!

I had a walbro 450 on my 2012 and when it was return less the pump would over pressure the rail and flood out the motor. I would have to manually bleed pressure of the rail and restart the truck every time i turned it off. I went to a return style and everything was good again. I actually have the bucket i used for my walbro pump i can sell it to you if you are interested that way you don't have to hack up yours and buy a new assembly like i did when you decide to do something different.

If I have to go to a return system I have to get fuel rails with a return and run -an line for them and how would I get the return into the tank? And can you PM me pictures of it and a price on your bucket? Thanks!

You would just need a return regulator. I ran on stock rails and 100lb injectors. The return line can run back to the evap line on the pump assembly

How do you get the return line on the stock rails? Drill a hole in it? And you don't get any issues deleting the Evap?

You do not have to cut your bucket either

Do you have any pictures of the install? And without cutting the bucket does it starve it for fuel? And did you do it returnless? Thanks!

Yes pulled the factory one and out the 450 in. Teeed off the fill tune and return. Juat have to add an inline filter eventually. Fpcm stock lines and all. My injections are only 87.5 tho supposed to be good for 800hp
