Default Need 04 returnless fuel sytem advice Please!!!!!

A while back I bought a corvette style filter(with internal regulator) to put on my truck along with an aeromotive 340. I bought the fittings as well, but I lost the diagram and write up that I had seen somewhere on the forum before. I have looked and cant find any info anywhere now. Can someone find a link with some info so I could finally get this put on my truck? Thanks for any help you guys can give me.

If you have a returnless rail and return lines, the lines will connect directly to the filter and the filter will connect to your rail. No fittings needed. Just a little bending of the rail to make room.

Thanks for the reply. So I just bend the rail a bit, mount the filter and just run a return back to the tank? What is a recommended line to run for the return? Just making sure because I might be doing this this weekend.

Do you have to run a return? I bought a return less fuel rail so I wouldn't have to run a return. I planned on just running a walboro 255 and a corvette regulator.. would this not work?

Others may know a lot more than I do, and I know they do...The returnless uses a fpr inside the bucket as a factory setup..I believe the 'Vette regulator returns the fuel back to the tank thru a seperate line...

You can see the pump, the filter, and fpr(silver top) in the bottom of my bucket...You would have to remove the internal fpr to convert to a return style if I understand it correctly...

Correct me if I am wrong on this...

I'm looking for a setup to go on my 5.3 swap blazer. I figured the returnless rail would allow me to do away with a return line. I guess if I just run a regular fpr, I won't have to runs return. Now that I see a pic of the corvette regulator setup, I do think it does return back to the tank at the regulator.
