Check out new eras build. They pushed the stock flex pump pretty good before going with a upgraded fuel system.

10lbs on his old motor would of been near 900rwhp

No chance a FF would safely support that....with the pcm commanding 98% duty at 540rwhp mine dropped 10psi at 6400 rpms

Others have also confirmed mid 500s is about limitation of FF pump

Yes my truck was originally a FF truck. Only thing I changed was injectors. Never had it on the dyno so don't know what it was making hp wise but don't think it was anywhere near 900. I would say 650-700? Would do a rolling burnout at will at just about anything under 100 in 2wd tho so who knows lol. I'll have to go back to my logs and double check boost level to confirm 10lbs.

Youre old 427 with all pro heads should of easily made 550-600 na
10 lbs of boost would be near 900

Well I guess the only conclusion we could come to here is that since it was a stock flex fuel pump, it wasn't 900hp. Stacking car parts isn't commutative, never has been and never will be. A set of heads that is worth 100hp on an NA engine might be worth 20hp on a turboed engine. It's just a game of moving the bottleneck.
