Anyone running more than say, a 10gph meth nozzle and had their vehicle tuned to run the proper a/f ratio with it, is relying on meth, and will subsequently go lean if the meth fails, regardless of your before and after IDC %. I, for example run 74lb inj. At 99-102% at 15psi with 2 M10 and 1 M3 nozzle of 100% meth. If the meth fails, I'm screwed, but I would still be screwed the same way if my injectors ran at 70%. It's part of the game. Buying a QUALITY meth kit, and setting it up and wiring it properly, will give you the best bet of not having an issue. You take the same risk of a fuel pump, injector, Hobbs switch, map sensor, etc, failing and causing big problems. I think the guys running the generic walbro's are taking a bigger risk than those using meth. Just my opinion though...

anything over a 14gph single nozzle will probably be "meth dependant". if not it will be losing too much power from the rich condition. i wouldn't think a quality meth kit would be any more likely to fail than the primary fuel system. you will have twice as many parts to have working tho.

There is a guy on here running maxed out 60lbs injectors, 1 bar MAF tune and fueling the rest with a Snow meth kit and 4 meth nozzles... And he is running really, super, stupid fast with this!!!! And has been for a long time! Just sayin...

Oh and I like that it was pointed out there are many other things in most of y'all fuel system that if failed, just like a meth pump, can cause catastrophic engine failure, so saying meth should only be used as a safety net it for wimps!!!

That guy in question sprays enough meth to make me question calling it a turbo'd alcohol engine

That crazy joker is pretty much running a 3/8" line over in the intake. Bout the same as runnin quad D10 nozzles.
He could drain a 40 gallon drum in an hour, no kidding either haha
