Default What injector length and connector for '01 5.3L?

What is the correct injector length for an '01 5.3L. Will LS1 injectors drop right in? And are the connectors EV1 or EV6?

That's all. Thanks!

Really depends on the vehicle the 5.3 came from, will either use a ev6 or Delphi mini style. Ls1 injectors are not a direct swap.

It's a Silverado, 2WD, 5.3L. Not flex fuel or anything fancy like that.

So if LS1 injectors don't fit, then what will? LS2, LS3? Or are these injectors their own length?

Ls2, ls3 are ev6 style and are taller than the Delphi mini (multec II) and won't match you connectors.

So to get the LS1 injectors to work, I would need Multec II to EV1 adapters and spacers for the fuel rails?

Spacers yes, as for adapters I have not heard of anyone making them. I switched mine by re wiring the injector harness ( but that was 5yrs ago)

Can someone tell me what size spacers you needed when using LS1 injectors? According to FIC in the link I posted, the LS1 injectors are 12mm (0.47") taller, but I've read of people using 5/8" spacers.
