Thats not a bad idea. I more than likely will still put it after the intercooler.

I've always wondered how people decide how far away from the throttle body they put the nozzle(s).

Well, I am still thinking of this type of idea. I have decided that I will use 8 of the flush mount nozzles that Richard pointed me towards. I might use a 9th in the intake pipe(maybe a little bigger) right after the intercooler. I think I need this more for the octane than the cooling, and wanted the direct port to ensure even distribution, but would like the cooling benefit.

I have sort of a weird idea I would like to try, but could not find anyone that has tried it. I was thinking of using the meth controller to control my Walbro 255 pump that I would place inside of the meth tank I made, and run E85. I figure it would be easier to get, no mixing, the benefit of the octane, and the pump is compatable with the fuel. Does anyone see a downside to this? Not sure if I would run a regulator at this point. I would have to run the pump with the nozzles installed to see what PSI I would be getting first. (I dont think a regulator would be too hard to install if I needed one). Any input?
