I put a 320lph pump in a while back. Yes I was at 84% on stock LSA injectors on 93. If you go to E85 you need bigger for sure. I bet you will be around 11lbs with headers and a good exhaust.

I can deal with 84%. far as e85 I'm not sure on that yet. I might upgrade later down the road. As far as exhaust I'm thinking about upgrading to a 4inch exhaust. also does your tahoe have the fpcm? if so was the pump just a drop in and go type of deal? i was looking at an aeromotive 340 pump

My Tahoe does not have a FPCM. It was moreless a drop in on mine. My truck was a factory flex fuel as well.

Well I'll drop in a aeromotive 340 since my truck is flex fuel as well with no fpcm.

Just trying to get a realistic understanding of where/can I wanna be power wise
He's saying 16PSI on a 5.3 with the mods you have will net you far more than 500 HP.

72's will help. Assuming the in tank pump is a 255 I think that would be enough. Do you run meth? 16PSI is a lot on pump gas.

If you go e85 you will definitely need more pump and injector. At that point I would go with a vacuum referenced regulator.
