Holley rail hit alt

i was working on fitting 90* -8an hose but alt can’t sit fully. How can we fix this.

Look up Fore Innovations. They make a 90 degree billet fitting that is lower profile. Not sweeping like you have.

I saved part number XRP 989108 for when I get a hi-ram. It's a tight 90 o-ring fitting in -8an size.

Yeah, it's ridiculous, but works apparently. I saved the part number in my phone after some research about the hi ram and seeing that same issue

I used a 180* fitting in mine and put a notch in the back cover of the alternator.

I didn’t like the 180* fitting and removed it.... I then bought relocation brackets and the BOV just misses the Alternator.... so I got a steel 90* hydraulic fitting and installed into the rail and used a 90* fuel fitting. Works great

I reinstalled the factory bracket
