Depending in what FPR you have if you run it like my pic above you shouldn't have an extra port

Yes correct. Both methods work. There is a little bit more plumbing to do if you use aeromotives way.

both ways just as efficient? and heres a link to the regulator i have. it has 2 feed ports and a return port on the bottom

I'm running the same one but I currently am using the right inlet as an outlet. I hate my returnless fuel rail.

so more along the lines of this ? i can eather run the lines like this or use the stock feed as a return and hook it stright to the regulator and then use the new lines to run the feed? whatever you guys think?

You can run the stock feed line as the return but definitly don't use it as your main feed like your diagram shows. Since you are turbo'd and are capable of making good power, run a -8 feed and fuel crossover. Then come out of the passenger rail with a -6 fitting to the regulator. I would want to run as much fuel volume by the injectors pre regulator as possible.

Hummm... well if i do that ill have to buy all new fittings and stuff to go 8an ill see what i can do.

I did mine like this. -8 bulkhead with -8 feed with -8 in/out inline filer to regulator. Then -6 to factory fuel rails with russel quick connect fitting. Then -6 to factory feed for my return with russell quick connect fitting. I'm running 17ish psi on this setup on e85 running dual 450s.

Im only planning on running 91, with 12lbs max. Would i need a inline filter as well? Its got the one in the tank? Sorry new to all this.
