I might suggest putting that big blue evap canister back in. It somewhat acts as a check valve to prevent fuel from pouring out in the event of a rollover. As you have it now, if you are on the side or inverted the entire tank is going to empty its contents through the breather.

The factory system works by using a line up to the engine (in conjuction with a charcoal canister) to burn off vapors while you are driving, so the tank contents is never exposed to the air. Most of us get rid of the evap system and just use a vent. This is easy, but obviously you have 2 problems: a gas small from escaping fumes, and potential for fuel running out during a rollover event. To really prevent fuel pouring out you should use a rollover or tip over valve, something like this Tech 101: The Hows and Whys of Installing a Tanks Inc. Rollover Vent Valve - OnAllCylinders
