Default Dual Walbro 450 setup

I recently did a fuel system upgrade and figured I share some pictures of the setup.

Great pictures. Any more information on how you did the wiring?

I might suggest putting that big blue evap canister back in. It somewhat acts as a check valve to prevent fuel from pouring out in the event of a rollover. As you have it now, if you are on the side or inverted the entire tank is going to empty its contents through the breather.

I've researched that until I was blue in the face, so that blue canister IS a checkvalve for rollover protection?

sure acts like one on mine...it would at least slow down how quickly you get covered in gas and burn to death in the event of a rollover

Would it still be a good idea to loop the 5/8" vent line that goes up by the fill neck?

The factory system works by using a line up to the engine (in conjuction with a charcoal canister) to burn off vapors while you are driving, so the tank contents is never exposed to the air. Most of us get rid of the evap system and just use a vent. This is easy, but obviously you have 2 problems: a gas small from escaping fumes, and potential for fuel running out during a rollover event. To really prevent fuel pouring out you should use a rollover or tip over valve, something like this Tech 101: The Hows and Whys of Installing a Tanks Inc. Rollover Vent Valve - OnAllCylinders

I used a Racetronix dual pump wiring harness.

It never occurred to me what it was there for but makes complete sense now that you mention it. I did try to keep it in there but it got in the way of the Y so I just took it out. I’ll have to try to find a check valve to put in the line. Or maybe try to angle the Y a bit different.

I use a similar NPT Y on my setup with that canister, just rotate it some.
