It looks like 12216125 might work. I cant find the 4l80e file, but I would be surprised if it was not out there.

There is no EFI live tune that will support this. How many times do I have to repeat myself.

The only possible with to do it is with a HEX edit with a 2002 Tahoe flex fuel tune
