pin B pink to PCM fuse 1
pin c black to G104 ground
do you use EFI Live or HP Tuners? I use HP if you use EFI your next steps may be different
that gets the sensor installed and you can read ethanol content in the scanner. even if you enable the sensor in the tune the PCM will still not make all corrections biased on ethanol content. there are other tables in there we have no access to that are needed.
change back to your stock OS and do a segment swap for a flex fuel 5.3L. now you can go back to the custom OS 2 bar and copy all your engine data into the 5.3L segment.

Has anyone done this on a 2002 Truck yet? Best I can tell is I will have to repin one of the PCM plugs and swap to a newer style computer(2005ish) but it has to be from a van so it will still be able to control the IAC motor in the TB. Once all that's done I'll do the right OS so I can get 4l80e controls, 3 bar map, and the flex fuel sensor.

I know the 02 PCM will support the sensor but I don't believe there is a COS for them even though we asked...

Best I could find was needed the newer computer to be able to do sensor/80e/and 3 bar. If I only wanted any 2 of those I could keep the 411 pcm. If I am incorrect PLEASE let me know, I really don't want to repin the plug to swap.

I have asked for it myself, Looked for someone who might be able to do it with a CAX file and Even offered to pay for it to be created.
They have no interest in in backdating that as they feel there is not enough demand.

What OS are you using. I have a 2001 COS that goes to 285 kPa, and other years that go to 285 kPa. I would assume 2002 would also go to 285 kPa and that is 26 PSI. That should be enough to lift the factory 4 bolt heads. I could look into it more if you are interested, but I really don't think 2002 should be a problem. My 2005 is at the tail end of the vehicles that use a sensor.
