Default Aeromotive wiring issue

On a 2006 Silverado Ext. 5.3 Non-flexfuel.
Finally had time to install my Aeromotive 340 Center inlet fuel pump and Racetronix wire kit.

This is the bulk head I'm having an issue with
Racetronix - Connector, Fuel Bulkhead 4-Way 280/150

It doesn't seem to fit in the fuel pump assembly no matter what(lubed it and everything) So I left the stock one back in place, any tips?

Also in the Hot wire kit I got everything set but their is this connection that doesn't connect to ANY of my trucks factory connections. It's the connection in the top right of the image with the blue clip, any idea were it goes?
This is the wire kit

Well got the bulk head to fit in the tank by dremeling out some of the plastic.
Ran the whole hot wire kit and doesn't seem to be working. There's 1 connection that doesn't go any where from both truck and the hot wire kit. Cant get the fuel pump to work with hot wire kit because of that 1 connection. I checked the ground from the relay and it's good.

The unknown connection from the Hot wire kit.

Both connections from the hot wire kit, Connected the larger connector to fuel pump and left the other alone but doesn't work.

The 4 pin is the old style connection to the fuel pump that is obselete with all replacement pumps, the second plug, looks like an evap vent solenoid plug.

So it's not needed? Is that the issue my pump doesn't turn on with the hot wire kit? Because it turns on when connected to the factory connections.

Im not familiar with the kit but my guess is your factory harness needs to plug into the square 4 pin plug to energize the relay. It looks like your factory fuel pump connector is the upgraded version so you either need a different harness or need to find an old style plug.
