Ok guys thats good to know. How well will the headers hold with them being mild steel, due to the heat the turbo will make.

I don't think the turbo will affect yur headers as far as temps go. You may get them a little bluer just from the increased combustion from the extra fuel and air passing through your system. Get an intercooler on it if your really worried and that should keep your intake and exhaust temp in line.
I know without an intercooler I would be hurting right now if the temps were not 45-55 degrees this time of year.
