You can never have enough "I installed my 90mm" Threads
#1
I haven't seen a whole lot of cable driven 90mm installs, so here's mine. I posted this in the show & shine forum, but with out butt dyno results
I installed a boost gauge this afternoon to see what my total boost gain was, along with the 3.3 pulley I put on to replace the 3.4. I netted about 2 pounds total.
The install was fairly simple, just a few basic, ahh craps, with getting the j-tube bolts off, and figuring out how to mount the plastic intake tube. Other than that, a very simple upgrade. I am very impressed with the UMI throttle body. I had no issues with installing my tps or iac.
Now the butt dyno. All I can say is, holy crap. I'm probably feeling most of the gain from the egr delete and the smaller pulley, but my sotp tells me that my truck now hauls much more ***. This was the last thing I needed to do to finish up my engine mods. I hope after a tune I can push 480 at the wheels, we'll see.

Did you know that EATON actually found that the EGR system filled the low spots in the supercharger helping better the VE?
Glad to see you have it all worked out, now when Crash Dummy adds another 3-4* of timing you will REALLY feel the difference.

Hopefully I can get it tuned this week. I'll have to bring a few cases of Red Bull and doughnuts to work
