6600 may be aggressive with that cam... I've installed that in NA LQ9's and they were happy in the 6100-6200 range. That said I know the procharger likes RPM. I think you're seriously limiting yourself shifting at 5500. I'd bump it to 6200 to start, but don't be afraid to take it up by 100 rpm increments until you really feel no gain. I'd not be surprised to hear 6300-6400 feels best.
