We did this set for WJ Marks 4x4 truck. We also had the turbine housing done, for cleaner looks.
Mark will be installing this set up with a intercooler kit he built for his truck.
Mark I am sure you will enjoy the new set up....
your tires might not.

Those look sweet! here are a couple pics of the intercooler mounting. I will be making a sheet aluminum scoop under the truck to direct air up and through the I/C. The The reason I mounted the cooler this was is be cause the core is 12 high x 24 long and 3in thick. And its stealth so no one can see it. he he![IMG]

If there is no boost being built then there is no need to have air moving across it.

Air is always moving, and just spinning the turbo, causes the air to heat up some. The idea is to keep the ic as cool as possible so when you do start to build heat the core will chill it down as quick as possible.

I've got 450 pennies...how many you got? Maybe we can combine them and buy a nice coated bolt!
